Free Shipping:

We provide free shipping worldwide. Return for repair is free within one year. However, We Nordic Navigation AB and the buyer pay the return cost/shipping cost to each other within the warranty period.

Delivery time:

Orders received by us before 12:00 on weekdays shipped the same day!

The delivery time is normally 3-10 working days from the time your order is placed. If someone is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. If applicable, you will be notified of this.

Transport damage:

If you discover that the package is damaged when you pick it up at Posten, report it immediately. If you discover damage when you get home, take the entire shipment back to the post office and fill in a damage report.

Unreleased Package:

For unclaimed packages, 10% of the total + Any shipping will be charged.
