Delivery time:
Orders received by us before 12:00 on weekdays shipped the same day!
The delivery time is normally 3-10 working days from the time your order is placed. If someone is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. If applicable, you will be notified of this.
Payment:
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment.
Our invoices are sent out via email in connection with the order being sent from us. You can find more information and complete terms and conditions about Klarna’s payment methods at Klarna.se
Prices :
The prices of our products are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. VAT is 25% for all goods. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price that was current at the time of ordering is the one that applies regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards.
We reserve the right to price changes and possible price errors. Only circumstances beyond our control, e.g. VAT increases and currency changes, may cause us to raise the price.
International order:
All international orders (All of Europe) are paid with Klarna, card (VISA/MasterCard) or via PayPal. When ordering to Norway, the goods are sent with Postpaket Utrikes, without Swedish VAT.
Warranty:
One year warranty on all goods, does not apply to free goods.

The invoice / receipt that comes with the package is your warranty certificate. The product warranty applies to malfunctions occurring within one year from the time of purchase, handling errors or setting errors are not covered. In the event of a handling error or incorrect connection, an examination cost is charged, this also applies when the error could not be established or when the error was caused by the customer.
Errors arising from own changes to the product’s function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product, are not covered. The guarantee does not cover transport or travel costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board’s decision.
Return for repair free of charge within one year (We Saltsjöbaden Kommunikation AB and the buyer pay the return cost / shipping costs to each other within the warranty period).
If it turns out to be a handling error or if the product is flawless, the customer will be charged from SEK 500 for the test work. To avoid unnecessary complaints, we refer to the manufacturer’s or general agent’s support number.
We are not responsible for costs that may arise due to a defective item.
Right of return/right of cancellation:
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days and get your money back. To be able to return an item, the product and product packaging must be in unaltered condition (as when you bought it).
If the item is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. According to the same law, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping for returns.
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
