Is the shipping free?

We provide free shipping worldwide. Return for repair is free within one year. However, We Nordic Navigation AB and the buyer pay the return cost/shipping cost to each other within the warranty period.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Images for references. Original products might be slightly different depending upon the car types/models. Kindly contact us before placing the order to ensure the right product for your car. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can check for invoice and order status inside your account at My Account section of our website.

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we restock products as soon as those products added to our stock. 

What is your delivery time after placing the order?
